Acceptable Use Policy

1. Basic rule

Use Spairly only for lawful, authorized, clearly described work. You are responsible for your submissions, tools, permissions, claims, and downstream use.

2. Prohibited submissions and activity

• Trade secrets, privileged material, or confidential, proprietary, personal, regulated, or third-party information that you lack authority and all required permissions to disclose and use for the stated purpose.
• Sensitive personal records, passwords, API keys, provider credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, or medical records.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, evasion, surveillance, stalking, harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Political persuasion or targeting, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, academic cheating, spam, or unlawful discrimination.
• Medical diagnosis or treatment, legal conclusions, or high-impact decisions about credit, employment, housing, education admissions, insurance, benefits, policing, or migration.
• Requests that violate law, contracts, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, provider terms, or another person’s consent.
• Result packages that exceed displayed limits; contain password protection, encryption, nested archives, symbolic links, disallowed formats, executable binaries, or deceptive file extensions; or are designed to evade validation or malware scanning.

3. Accuracy and representation

• Do not claim that a person, organization, result, or badge is verified unless the specific verification actually occurred and is accurately described.
• Do not misstate authority, ownership, beneficiary, impact, permissions, completion, or Spairly’s involvement.
• Do not present AI output as independently checked when it was not.

4. Enforcement

Famplified LLC may reject, preserve, remove, restrict, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce this policy. Questions may be sent to info@email.famplified.com.

Result packages are held in private quarantine while automated package validation and malware scanning run. A package that does not receive both successful validation and a clean malware result is not made available to the requester. These controls reduce risk but do not replace participant review.

An unsuccessful package check may temporarily pause the contributor account and notify an authorized administrator for review. A review hold is precautionary and may be lifted after investigation; known malware may be deleted immediately.
